Fashion may not be an Olympic sport, but that doesn’t mean Zendaya isn’t playing to win. Along with her longtime stylist, Law Roach, Zendaya is used to carving out looks that score 10s across the board. Never ones to pass up the opportunity to theme a look, the pair have potentially just pulled out their most literal look yet.
Zendaya is currently in Paris for the Olympics, and in a carousel posted by Roach, the duo not only alluded to the games’ iconic five rings but even gave a nod to the event’s French resting place.
In the post, Zendaya is sporting a quirky white romper with bold 3D rings in red, green, yellow, blue, and black accenting the legs, pockets, and neckline. The shorts of the playsuit taper in at the thighs, while the pockets and neckline give an architectural feel to the whole look. It’s easy to see how to pair got from A to B, considering it looks like a deconstructed version of the Olympic flag come to life!
Zendaya Pairs Her Tiny Halter Top With One of 2024’s Biggest Shoe Trends
In Paris, France, the 2024 Olympics are well underway. Talented athletes aren’t the only ones making it an event to watch; stars are also flocking to the city to spectate in awe—and in style. Zendaya is one of many to kick off her on-and off-duty Olympics street style over the weekend. And in a recent sighting, Z embodied true Parisian fashion with the help of one of 2024’s biggest shoe trends.
On Sunday, July 28, Zendaya was captured strolling around Paris wearing a tiny white halter tank top. She layered a vibrant yellow cropped blazer on top, which she later took off and slung over her arm to combat the summer heat.
She coincidentally paid homage to her Challengers era by pairing her top with a flowy, striped green midi skirt, coming with a large side pocket at the hip and an asymmetrical hem.
Fans had a lot to say about the whimsical looks in the comments. “Put it back in the archives,” one user joked, while another deemed the styling “too literal. ” One fan wrote that Zendaya “missed this time” but “she’s still that girl,” receiving omore than 1,200 likes. Another wrote, “LAW, PLS tel me you are in a silly goofy mood.”
However, not every response was negative. “Olympics but make it FASHION 😍,” one fan account praised, while one follower argued that the ’fit was “chic, comfortable, legendary,” adding, “The girls that get it, get it, and the girls that don’t, don’t.”
